Terms of Service | Seedance 2.5 API

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Seedance 2.5 API ("we", "us", "the Service") at seedance25api.com. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Seedance 2.5 API is an AI video generation service. You submit text prompts and optional reference media, and the Service generates videos (text-to-video, image-to-video, multi-shot, native audio, up to 4K) using the Seedance 2.5 model. Generations consume credits from your balance. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated output will meet your expectations or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

User Accounts

To use the Service you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Credits and Payments

Generations are paid for using credits, purchased through our payment processor (Stripe and/or Creem). Prices and credit costs are shown in the app and may change. Except where required by law, purchased credits are non-refundable.

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the videos you generate, subject to your compliance with these Terms and any applicable model provider policies. You are responsible for any reference media you upload and must hold all necessary rights to it. In line with Seedance model policy, you must not upload images of real people's faces or other content you are not authorized to use.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Generate, upload, or distribute illegal, infringing, abusive, hateful, or sexually exploitative content
Generate content depicting real, identifiable individuals without authorization, or otherwise violate privacy or publicity rights
Infringe any intellectual property rights
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or circumvent usage limits or security measures
Distribute malware, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Service

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its website, software, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws. These Terms grant you no rights to our intellectual property other than to use the Service as permitted.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that may harm us or other users.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised date.
